Fire crews battled a second-alarm fire at an apartment complex in North Greenbush Sunday.
Crews got the call at around 9am Sunday on Stacey Way, which is just across the street from LaSalle Institute.
Nobody was injured.
“The fire unit was in number 31 Stacey Way, which is the western unit. It extended from 31 Stacey Way to 29 Stacey Way, and there was some smoke damage into 27 Stacey Way, as well,” said Defreestville Assistant Fire Chief Gregory Croll.
The Red Cross says it is helping the five people displaced from three apartments.
The assistant fire chief says unit 31 is a total loss.
