A man wanted by police for recording and posting videos of girls and young women in the Capital Region has been arrested.
Charles Ross is being represented by a public defender. He’s charged with stalking in the 4th degree.
He has pleaded not guilty.
This arrest comes after Saratoga Springs and State Park Police investigated a social media account that was posting videos and pictures of women without them knowing in Saratoga Springs and Saratoga Spa State Park.
Park police beefed up patrols in the state park.
Officers then looked into the social media posts to identify the people, their ages and when and where the videos were recorded.
Ross was also arrested back in 2018 when he was a local ice cream truck driver.
He was accused of following young girls in South Glens Falls and charged with stalking.
