FIRST ON 13: Arrest warrant issued in Saratoga Springs stalking case

An arrest warrant has been issued for an Albany man who has been recording and posting videos of girls and young women, police said.

NewsChannel 13 has confirmed that Saratoga Springs Police plan to pick up Charles “Chuck” Ross and charge him with stalking in the fourth degree.

Police have already impounded his car, alleging that it was used in the commission of stalking.

Several women have come forward recently to say they’ve seen themselves in the videos – some of which were shot many years ago when they were underage.

Sources tell NewsChannel 13 that the stalking charge is related to Ross’s alleged recent following of a woman in Saratoga Springs.

Ross was operating a Mr. Ding-A-Ling ice cream truck in 2018, when he was arrested and accused of following and taking pictures of a 12 and a 13-year-old girl while he was driving the truck.
