FIRST ON 13: Cannabis dispensary coming to Central Avenue in Albany

A new cannabis dispensary is coming to 997 Central Ave. this fall, according to Dormitory Authority of the State of New York.
Albany’s first dispensary will be called Capital District Cannabis & Wellness.
It will be located at the former site of Lexington Vacuum, which is moving across the street to 1020 Central Avenue.
