Former funeral home director to be sentenced Monday
The former Johnstown funeral home director, accused of mishandling human remains, is scheduled to be sentenced in Fulton County Court Monday.
Brian Barnett pleaded guilty in March to six charges, including concealment of a human corpse, improper burial, and grand larceny.
These are cases involving seventeen people who passed away, and their families.
Barnett is scheduled to be sentenced at 9:30 Monday morning.
