Former NFL player Russ Francis dies in plane crash

Former NFL player Russ Francis has been killed in a plane crash in Lake Placid.
Francis, and another man died in a crash at Lake Placid Airport on Sunday afternoon.
Francis made three Pro Bowls with the Patriots, and won a Super Bowl with San Francisco, during the 1970s and 80s.
Russ Francis was 70-years old.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
