Fort Ann man dies in motorcycle crash

A Fort Ann man is dead after a motorcycle crash.

The accident happened just after 5:30 a.m. Monday on the Northway in Queensbury. State Police said Rodrigo A. Borges Da Silva, 41, was traveling south near Exit 20, when he failed to maintain control of the vehicle at a curve in the road, left the highway and struck a guide rail. He was ejected from the bike.

Da Silva was declared dead at the scene. 

The investigation is ongoing.
