Four people charged after meth investigation in Montgomery County
Four people have been arrested following a three-month investigation into methamphetamine sales in Montgomery County.
Joseph R. Miller, 32, of Johnstown, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, tampering with evidence, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned in Palatine Town Court and sent without bail to Montgomery County Jail.
Brittany L. Prevost, 36, of Nelliston, was charged with distribution of a controlled substance involving methamphetamine. She is in federal custody.
Robert N. Prevost, 39, of Nelliston, was charged with petit larceny and released on an appearance ticket.
Michael J. Dygert, 49, of Nelliston, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell. He was arraigned in Palatine Town Court and released.
