Four people charged in connection with stolen all-terrain vehicles

Four people were arrested in connection with a theft of utility all-terrain vehicles.

State Police went to the area of New Swamp Road in Kingsbury on Sept. 2 for a report of a stolen UTV. Troopers and Hudson Falls Police found it around Feeder Street in Hudson Falls.
Joseph E. Millington, 34, of Diamond Point, and Jeffery G. Dickinson, 36, of Fort Ann, planned to sell the vehicle, investigators said.

Jeffrey W. Fifield, 37, of Hudson Falls, was at the spot where the stolen UTV was found, investigators said.

Millington was found and arrested nearby.

A different UTV was found abandoned in the area of New Swamp Road in Kingsbury, police said. They learned two UTVs, including this one and other property, were stolen from the area of Quaker Ridge Boulevard. The second stolen ATV was found in the area of River Street.

Cleveland allegedly brought the UTV and stolen items to Fifield’s home.

Police found more than $60,000 worth of property.

Millington, Dickinson, Fifield and Cleveland were each charged with criminal possession of stolen property. Millington and Dickinson were charged with conspiracy.
