Fourth Albany Police officer released from hospital after the two-car crash.
The fourth Albany Police officer injured in a two-car crash has been released from the hospital. That means all officers are now out.
Four officers had injuries after crashing into one another at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Quail Street just before 4 p.m. last Wednesday.
They were on their way to a call for backup at a domestic in the area of Slingerland Street and Second Avenue. Two officers on that call were exposed to cocaine.
The suspect involved in that crash, Rahmel Carter, 38, was scheduled to be back in court on Tuesday morning.
