Girl, 3, shot in Albany

A 3-year-old child has been shot in Albany.
It happened around midnight Tuesday morning in the 300 block of Colonie Street, said police.
The young girl is expected to be OK.
Officers got conflicting information at the scene about the circumstances that led up to the shooting, they said.
