The case of the man accused of sexually assaulting a child at an unlicensed daycare in Green Island must go before a grand jury again.
NewsChannel 13 reported Monday jury selection was about to get underway in the trial of John Ferrara.
However, the case was dismissed based on a jurisdictional issue.
