A Greene County man is facing charges after a ten-hour standoff in the Town of Cairo.
State Police arrested Nicholas Cassillo at a home on Blackhead Mountain Road.
Troopers responded to the home at about 3:15 p.m. Friday afternoon for a report of a suicidal man.
They say Cassillo was uncooperative, threatened officers with a knife, and damaged a squad car.
After ten hours, he voluntarily came out and was taken into custody.
He is now in jail on weapons, menacing, and criminal mischief charges.
