Guatemalan citizen pleads guilty to distributing meth
A Guatemalan citizen pleaded guilty on Wednesday to distributing methamphetamine.
Nelson Moran, 31, admitted in U.S. District Court that on July 31, he agreed to deliver a package of meth in exchange for $13,700. He took the package to Saratoga Springs and tried to collect the money when he was arrested, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
Moran is scheduled to be sentenced in February.
