Halfmoon man accused of selling meth throughout Saratoga County
A 33-year-old Halfmoon man is accused of trafficking large quantities of methamphetamine throughout Saratoga County.
Michael J. Scensny was arrested on Oct. 17 following a lengthy investigation by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office and Saratoga Springs Police Department. Scensny is accused of both possessing and selling quantities of meth on numerous occasions, according to a news release.
He is facing felony charges including one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Scensny is also charged with three misdemeanor level counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Scensny was previously arraigned in Saratoga Springs City Court on charges filed by the Saratoga Springs Police Department and sent to Saratoga County Jail.
He is due back in town courts in Saratoga Springs, Halfmoon, Clifton Park and Waterford to answer the various charges.
