Hearing adjourned for Troy firefighter, paramedic accused of stealing from patients’ homes

The hearing for a Troy firefighter and Albany County paramedic who is accused of burglarizing homes after patients were taken to the hospital was scheduled for Friday.

However, it was adjourned at the last minute.

As NewsChannel 13 reported First on 13, Devvan Farina is accused of burglarizing homes where he knew the resident had been taken to the hospital, so the home would be empty.

The next hearing is set for next Tuesday.
