Hero 5K for Autism held to help families
Dozens of people laced up their running shoes and hit the pavement, to support the autism community.

The annual hero 5k for autism took place at the Mohawk Harbor in Schenectady on Sunday.
Registration started at 8 a.m. and the run kicked off at 9:30 a.m.
The cost was $35 to participate.
The money raised will benefit local people with autism and their families.
