Hospitalization delays court arraignment in Guilderland hotel shooting

The court appearance for the man accused of shooting through a hotel door in Guilderland was adjourned on Friday because the defendant’s in the hospital.
Chandler McCray was originally scheduled to be arraigned Friday morning on an indictment charging him with reckless endangerment and criminal weapon possession.
He is accused of shooting through a door in the Homewood Suites/Tru Hotel right next to Crossgates last Friday.
The arraignment has been rescheduled for Monday.
