Investigators: Tribes Hill man was drunk, passed out behind the wheel

A Montgomery County man is facing DWI charges after sheriff’s deputies found him unconscious at the wheel, they said.
Charles Peterson Jr., 41, of Tribes Hill, was passed out in his car in the middle of the road, investigators said.
Peterson’s blood alcohol level was .18%.
