Lake Luzerne woman charged in hit-and-run

State Police have arrested a Warren County woman for a hit-and-run.

Thon Baker of Lake Luzerne is charged with assault and numerous traffic violations.

She was in a verbal argument with the victim and was recklessly driving, police said.

Baker then allegedly hit the victim and drove over them before leaving the scene without reporting the incident.

The victim is expected to survive.

Baker surrendered herself to State Police and was arraigned at Day Town Court.
