Latham man admits to possessing child pornography
A Latham man has pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography.
Scott Weinbloom, 49, admitted in U.S. District Court on Thursday that he had around 1,300 images and 1,500 videos of child pornography on a flash drive found in his residence. Weinbloom also had two computers that were used to store and view child pornography, the U.S. District Attorney’s Office said.
He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 when sentenced on June 6.
