Excelsior University was recently recognized as a cyber defense leader.

The National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity gave the university an award recognizing its institution-wide commitment to cutting-edge technology.

Excelsior is one of 25 institutions in New York state that currently qualify for this status.
