Students taking a winter course at Hudson Valley Community College will have an added incentive this year.

The college will once again offer free textbooks.

Winter sessions squeeze a full semester’s worth of material into an accelerated term that runs from Jan. 2 through the 12.

They help students get ahead during the break between semesters.

The school hopes by offering free books, it will be easier for students to reach their goals in less time.
