Level 3 sex offender charged with new sex crimes in Lake George

A Level 3 sex offender is arrested in Lake George, accused of sex crimes. Scott Habshi simulated a sex act on an unsuspecting woman at the Walgreens in lake George, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said.
It happened twice, said the sheriff’s office, and Habshi said it was an accident the first time.
Then, the sheriff said he did it again – and took off before police arrived.
This isn’t Habshi’s first brush with the law. He is a registered sex offender with three previous convictions.
He was arrested for groping a woman in 2014 at a Glens Falls Price Chopper.
