Thousands of people in Albany were lifting steins full of beer and celebrating fall.

Oktoberfest was held at Biergarten on Broadway in Albany Saturday afternoon.

This event is so popular, that a portion of Broadway was shut down for people to enjoy all the festivities the event had to offer.

Vendors and local businesses were present at the festival too, with lots of food and drink options available and something for everyone.
