Loudonville man gets six months in jail for photographing woman showering

A Loudonville man was sentenced to six months in jail for using a cell phone to photograph a woman showering at a Warren County campground.   

Mark L. Siciliano, 46, used his phone to take a picture of a young woman while she showered at the Warrensburg Travel Park and Riverfront Campground in August 2022, the Warren County District Attorney’s Office said.  

Siciliano was convicted of three felony counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance.

Evidence at the trial showed that Siciliano was discovered by the victim’s boyfriend, who confronted him and forced him to delete the photo.

Siciliano was found a short time later and arrested. He also will be placed on five years of probation once he completes his sentence and must register as a sex offender.  

He remains free on bail pending an appeal.
