Malta hosts cultural arts festival
A variety of cultures came together in Saratoga County for an art festival.

News Channel 13 spoke to Elyse Young – the artistic director of the event in Malta.
She developed this festival after receiving a grant to share what the area has to offer.
Young says they featured a Latin orchestra and drumming workshops.
Young says she is happy to see the performers and she loves the way the community comes together for this event.
