Man, 19, accused of sexual contact with young child in Queensbury

A man in Queensbury is under arrest, accused of having sexual contact with a 9-year-old child.

Nathaniel North, 19, was arrested on Wednesday.

The sexual contact happened Jan. 8 at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Queensbury, according to investigators.

The suspect and victim are acquaintances, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said.

North was released and is due in court on Feb. 5.
