A 21-year-old charged with murder faced a judge Thursday morning.  

Paul Smith was arraigned in Albany County Court. He is accused of shooting and killing Javon Ward back on June 5 in a triple shooting. Two others were hit by bullets, including a 13-year-old.

Smith is charged with murder, attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
