Man, 44, arrested on grand larceny and identity theft charges

Derek E. Mosher, 44, of Corinth was arrested on April 24 by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office following investigation into a larceny call from April 4.
Officials say they received an inactive larceny call on Fuller Road in Corinth around 12:22 a.m.
They say Mosher is accused of stealing a credit card and using the credit in the name of the victim.
Mosher was arrested and charged with third-degree identity theft and fourth-degree grand larceny.
Authorities say he was arraigned in Corinth Town Court and taken to Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
