Man, 55, charged with damaging several pieces of property in Milton

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Timothy D. Febbie, 55, of Milton on Saturday on a criminal mischief charge, following a disturbance call made around 9:44 a.m. on Emmett Street.
Officials say Febbie is accused of intentionally damaging property of another person in an amount exceeding $1,500.
Febbie allegedly damaged several items inside of a residence, including windows, a refrigerator, and furniture, said the Sheriff’s Office.
He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
