Man, 75, gets two years in jail for having child pornography

A 75-year-old Clifton Park man was sentenced on Thursday to 2 years in jail for possessing child pornography.

Herbert Marlow was arrested in March after State Police received an online tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Marlow pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court in September to two counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child.
