Man accused of following women at Target is fire lieutenant

NewsChannel 13 has learned the man accused of following women while they shopped at Target in Colonie is a lieutenant with the Midway Fire Department.

Kevin Hart is currently suspended.

Police say Hart used his phone to record under one woman’s skirt at the store.

He is facing three charges of public lewdness, unlawful surveillance in the second-degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.

NewsChannel 13 asked police on Tuesday if they have identified any more victims. They said they have not.
