Man accused of putting hidden camera in woman’s Ballston bedroom

A man is accused of putting a hidden camera in a woman’s Ballston bedroom.

The camera was found last Wednesday in the home.

Investigators arrested Ojay Smith, 29, of Burnt Hills, and charged him with unlawful surveillance.

He was released on his own recognizance, and more charges are pending.

An order of protection was issued for the victim, who knew Smith, investigators said.
