Man accused of trying to photograph under woman’s skirt at Colonie Target

Colonie police have arrested a man for a very disturbing crime at Target on Central Avenue.
They say 25-year-old Kevin Hart was following women around the store on July 13 for long amounts of time, and tried to take pictures under a skirt.
Hart’s now charged with unlawful surveillance, public lewdness and child endangerment – because a young child was with him.
Hart’s out on his own recognizance.
