Man charged in deadly Watervliet drug sale

A man is accused of selling drugs that led to a deadly overdose in Watervliet.

Reuben Sangster, 22, is accused of providing pills that contained fentanyl to another man on 10^th Avenue. That man died of an overdose back in November.

Sangster is charged with criminally negligent homicide, and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
He was arraigned last week and released on cash bail. He is due back in court on June 6.
