A man accused of getting involved in a Saratoga Springs shootout was due to be back in court Tuesday, but he requested that it be pushed back.

Alexander Colon and Christopher Castillo were both scheduled to appear in Saratoga Springs City Court on attempted assault charges. Colon requested the delay.

Colon and Vito Caselnova shot their guns on Broadway in November 2022, investigators said.

Caselnova was charged with attempted murder, but a judge dismissed the indictment.

Darius Wright, who was also involved the shootout, pleaded guilty to attempted assault earlier this month and was fined $250.
