Nauman Hussain is now at Attica Correctional Facility. He had initially been at Clinton Correctional Facility and more recently was at Coxsackie Correctional Facility, according to the Times Union, which was first to report the story.

Hussain is serving a 5- to 15-year prison sentence after being convicted of manslaughter for the crash that killed 20 people. Hussain was found to be responsible for their deaths because he allowed the limousine to be driven, even though it had been ordered off the road for failing inspection.

Hussain is appealing that conviction. Oral arguments were held on Sept. 6 in the of State Supreme Court Appellate Division. No decision has been issued yet.

As NewsChannel 13 reported, Hussain is currently undergoing treatment for lung cancer, which has spread to the muscles near his shoulder.
