Man due in court over triple Troy shooting

The man accused of shooting a man woman and child in a Troy apartment building earlier this month is scheduled to be in Troy City Court on Tuesday.

Hector Rodriguez, 35, pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder charges around the time of the shooting nearly two weeks ago.

Troy police arrested Rodriguez 45 minutes after he allegedly shot three people at the Corliss Park Apartments Wednesday, April 12.
