Man from Ecuador drowns in Schoharie County

State Police are investigating a drowning incident in Schoharie County.
A boat occupied by three people overturned in the water, in the area of Scotch Valley Road in Jefferson.
Parco Saez, 36, of Ecuador drowned.
The other two people were taken to Albany Medical Center in stable condition.
The drowning is believed to be accidental.
