Man pleads not guilty to punching Glens Falls pizza shop worker

The man accused of punching a pizza shop employee has pleaded not guilty.

Keith Kilgallon appeared in Glens Falls City Court on Thursday. Glens Falls Police said Kilgallon assaulted a worker at Pizza Jerks just before 7 p.m. on Feb. 14.

Kilgallon was reportedly upset because he was not getting his pizza in a timely manner. He allegedly punched the victim in the face and left.

Kilgallon is due back in court on March 20.
