The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Edward R. Fish Jr., 42, of Glens Falls on Thursday for bail jumping.
Officials say Fish is accused of failing to appear in court on the required date or within 30 days in connection to felony charges, after being allowed to remain at liberty by the court.
Authorities say he was originally charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal contempt, resisting arrest, and petit larceny.
Now, Fish has been charged with second-degree bail jumping, said the Sheriff’s Office.
He was arraigned in Saratoga Town Court and taken to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
