Man ticketed after allegedly crashing into Bethlehem Police car

A Bethlehem Police Officer was hurt after a driver crashed into a patrol car.
The crash happened on Kenwood Avenue on Wednesday afternoon. Bethlehem Police Chief James Rexford said Ryan A. Bylsma, 45, of Slingerlands, crossed over the center line and into the car.
Both the officer and Bylsma had minor injuries, according to Chief Rexford.
Bylsma received several traffic tickets including failure to keep right, driving to the left of pavement markings, moving from lane unsafely, aggravated unlicensed operation and expired motor vehicle.
