Montgomery County man accused of possessing child pornography

A Montgomery County man is accused of possessing child pornography.

Devin J. Wagner, 19, of Fort Plain, allegedly had images consistent with child sexual exploitation, State Police said.

Wagner was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance of a child. He was arraigned in Minden Town Court and sent to Montgomery County Jail in lieu of bail.
