Montgomery County man accused of raping child younger than 11
A Fort Plain man is accused of raping a child younger than 11 years old.
A Fort Plain man is accused of raping a child younger than 11 years old.
Ira P. Huntington, 34, is facing charges of rape and criminal sex act, after a lengthy investigation by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy on patrol found Huntington on March 8 and arrested him without incident.
Huntington was charged with first-degree rape and first-degree criminal sex act. He was arraigned in Canajoharie Town Court and is being held at Montgomery County Jail.
