The parents of a 3-year-old who died in Corinth are facing new charges.

Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says 32-year-old Samantha E. Dylewski and 33-year-old Matthew J. Dylewski are now charged with four counts each of criminal contempt.

The pair is accused of violating a court order of protection that prevents them from being with their children.

They are accused of going to the home where their children are staying, the night the order of protection was served.

On Friday, February 21, the two were charged with four counts each of endangering the welfare of a child.

Their 3-year-old daughter Joycelynn Dylewski died on February 19.

Her death is still under investigation.
