The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Jeramee R. Tucker, 33, of Moreau on Saturday following investigation into a harassment complaint.
Officials say they responded to the complaint on Saratoga Road in Moreau just before 7 p.m.
Tucker is accused of violating an order of protection by threatening the protected person over the phone, said the Sheriff’s Office.
He is also charged with committing a specified offense, having previously been convicted of a specified offense within the last five years.
Authorities say Tucker was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree aggravated harassment, and aggravated family offense.
He was arraigned in Moreau Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
