A 60-year-old Saratoga County man has been sentenced to five years of probation for threatening police during a domestic incident.
David C. Fuller, of Moreau, was arrested in March after police responded to a home in Moreau for a report of a fight. The victim came out of the house and told police that Fuller was inside threatening to use his weapon to hurt police.
Fuller had an illegal rifle and high-capacity magazine in the home, police said.
He pleaded guilty in October to criminal possession of a weapon.
