Murder conviction appeal by Carlos Graham denied

The appellate court has upheld a murder conviction in Greene County.

Carlos Graham killed Brandyn Foster, then buried his body in the crawlspace under the bedroom of his ex-girlfriend’s home.
We told you back in April, an appeals court rejected graham’s appeal to get a new trial.
Graham made an application to appeal to the New York State Court of Appeals seeking a reversal of the decision of the appellate division, as well as a reversal of as the murder conviction. 

Monday, the court ruled in favor of the Greene County district attorney’s office.
The conviction and life sentence of Carlos Graham will stand.
