New charges after victim of attack dies

There are new charges for a man accused of beating his neighbor a year ago with a baseball bat in Ballston Spa.
We now know the victim has died.

Pharrin Green was arraigned Friday on a new list of charges, including manslaughter.
This comes after the death of the victim, Bernard Rogers, the Saratoga County District Attorney said.

Just over a year ago, police arrested Green, after they say he hit the victim on the side of the head at his apartment on Milton Avenue.
At the time, Green was charged with first degree assault.
He is also charged with burglary and criminal mischief.
